Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations can be requested by contacting our Customer Support Team.
2. Cancellations are typically accepted up to 7 days prior to departure, but it may vary by package. Please refer to the specific package’s cancellation policy before booking.
3. The flight portion and insurance for the holiday package are non-refundable after payment and confirmation.
4. Land services (Hotel, Transfers, Tours & Excursions) have the following cancellation rules:

a. Fully refundable up to 14 days before departure.
b. Subject to a 50% fee from 7 to 14 days before departure.
c. Subject to a 100% fee for cancellations within 7 days of departure, no-shows, and early departures.

Additional Terms:

1. Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
2. Flight timings may result in early arrivals or late departures from hotels; our travel consultants will provide flight details upon booking.
3. Mahfol reserves the right to change hotels to another of the same category in force majeure cases like overbooking or blackout dates.
4. All flights are subject to the airline’s conditions of carriage.
5. Mahfol does not take responsibility for VISA services; customers must ensure they have the required immigration documents.

Right to Cancel:

Mahfol reserves the right to reject customers or bookings and cancel confirmed bookings under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

– Breach of Mahfol’s terms and conditions
– Accommodation closure
– Incorrect rates
– Force majeure events
– Trade or economic sanctions
– Embargoes, legal restrictions
– Fraud, theft, or suspected criminal activity
– Submission of misleading information
– Credit card issues
– Inappropriate behavior or threats

Refunds and Service Fees:

1. Refunds will be made through the same channel used for booking, minus cancellation charges, Mahfol fees, and any discounts or cashback availed.
2. Refunds may take up to 15-20 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the issuing bank.
3. The service fee is non-refundable and is calculated as a percentage of the booking total, applied per passenger.

Blacklisting Policy:

Mahfol reserves the right to blacklist users temporarily or permanently without prior notice for inappropriate behavior or violations of terms. Blacklisted users must not attempt to use Mahfol’s services under any other name or account.
